报告内容简介： 

Bayesian hierarchical models and structural equation models are popular for the analysis of data from various fields of science. In this talk we show how hierarchical generalized linear model approach overcomes when Bayesian models fail to give analysis using for glaucoma eye-disease data and nurse job satisfaction data. We further show how hierarchical generalized linear models extend current structural equation models. For illustration we use two factor models in SEM manual. 

专家简介： 

Youngjo Lee, professor of Seoul National University, is a statistical scientist with field of specialization: Generalized linear models, Hierarchical generalized linear models and Nonlinear mixed effect models. He is an editorial board member of Journal of Applied Statistics, associate editor of Computational Statistics, fellow of American statistical association, and Karolinska institute adjunct professor.
